São Paulo, September 18, 2025 – Agibank, a digital bank that operates a hybrid platform – combining the efficiency and scalability of digital with the proximity and human touch of physical presence – has been included in the 2025 edition of the “World’s Top Fintech Companies” ranking, compiled by CNBC in partnership with Statista, in the Neobanking category.
The institutions selected 300 standout companies across seven segments, through a process that combined voluntary applications from fintechs with an independent analysis of more than 2,000 companies worldwide.
The companies were evaluated based on performance indicators, category-specific metrics, and CNBC’s editorial criteria.
In the Neobanking category, Agibank appears alongside internationally recognized players such as Chime (U.S.), Monzo (U.K.), N26 (Germany), Nubank (Brazil), and Revolut (U.K.).
This hybrid approach combines, on one side, an agile, and user-friendly digital platform. On the other, more than 1,080 Smart Hubs providing a fast, simple, and inclusive in-person experience across Brazil.
As of the first half of 2025, Agibank serves 5.6 million active clients, and has reached BRL 38 billion in total assets.
“Being recognized among the world’s leading fintechs by one of the most respected international financial media outlets is a testament to a project that was born in Brazil to give prominence to those who had long been invisible to the financial system. This achievement belongs to every employee, client, and partner who has believed in our vision of transforming the banking experience,” said Marciano Testa, founder and Executive Chairman of Agibank’s Board of Directors.
