The board of Directors is composed of up to five (5) titular members with mandate of (2) two years, reelection being admitted , according to the company bylaws. The Board of Directors is responsible for defining the general business strategies, electing the Executive Board of Officers and assigning to it the functions required for the proper functioning of the bank’s operations. In addition the Board of Directors is responsible for electing the members of the Advisory Committees.

Testa is the founder and Executive Chairman of Agibank, one of the first digital banks in the country, responsible for creating the revolutionary QR Code payment technology. Innovative and tireless, always searching for disruptive solutions, Testa is one of the main entrepreneurs in the Brazilian financial market today. The business’s purpose is to make people’s daily lives better and make financial life easier for the real Brazil, the deep Brazil, which is not digitally literate and not even served by the incumbents. This same vision inspired Marciano to found, together with other businessmen, the Instituto Caldeira, a private initiative to accelerate the digital transformation in Rio Grande do Sul, of which he is the current President. Graduated from Unisinos in Economic Sciences, he has a specialization in Finance and in recent years he graduated from the Executive Program at Singularity University. Marciano is also attending the Owner/President Management course (OPM) at Harvard Business School.
Mr. Cossielo has built a 39 year career at Banco Bradesco, where he began working at age 18 and held a number of titles, including statutory executive officer. He left Banco Bradesco in 2012. Mr. Cossielo serves as executive officer at Banco do Estado da Bahia, Banco de Crédito Nacional, Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, Banco BMC, Financiadora Bradesco and other Bradesco group companies. He is also a member of a number of statutory committees. In 2012, Mr. Cossielo became the vice chairman of our board of directors and, from 2014 to 2016, he served as chairman of the board of Banco Gerador, headquartered in the city of Recife in the State of Pernambuco.
Mr. Moraes has a postdoctoral degree and was a visiting researcher at Columbia University in the City of New York in 2009. He served as chairman of Fundação de Economia e Estatística in the State of Rio Grande do Sul from 2003 to 2006; Treasury Secretary of the State of Rio Grande do Sul and chairman of the board of directors of Banrisul from 2007 to 2009; senior consultant at Banco Mundial in 2010; managing director at Banco J.P. Morgan from 2011 to 2014; partner of Banco BTG Pactual from 2014 to 2016; and a member of the board of directors of Banco PAN from 2015 to 2016. Mr. Moraes currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Gerdau and Grupo Vibra, a member of the investment committee of Jaymar and an economic consultant for family offices.
Partner of the Vinci Partners’ Private Equity team, Gabriel has been a member of the Board of Directors of several companies in the Vinci portfolio, such as Burger King, Unidas and Cecrisa, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Austral, CBO, Le Biscuit, Vero and Agibank. He joined the Private Equity group of UBS Pactual Gestora de Investimentos Alternativos in 2007. From 2008 to 2010, he was assigned to portfolio company InBrands, where he acted as CEO and CFO. Prior to that, he worked as an analyst at Banco BBM venture capital operations, as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co., as a M&A manager at Vivo and as an associate at GP Investimentos. He holds a degree in Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
She was the Treasurer of the United States between 2009 and 2016.
Inside the U.S. government, Mrs. Rios was responsible for leading activities such as the production of coin and currency and she was also the person who spearheaded the efforts to have the image of a woman on U.S. Federal Reserve notes for the first time in history. After she left her position as Treasurer, Ms. Rios received the Hamilton Award, the highest honor bestowed in the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
Alan De Genaro, currently an Advisory Board Member of Agibank, is an associate professor of Finance at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV EAESP) and managing partner of Riscométrica. He also has a PhD in statistics at the University of São Paulo and was a visiting scholar at the Courant Institute – NYU. Alan has 15 years of experience in the financial market with stints at CETIP and BM&FBOVESPA, professor of economics at the University of São Paulo (2014-2018) and leader of the Finance line in the academic Master’s and PhD program in business administration at FGV EAESP (2019-2021). In addition, Alan held the position of vice-president and financial director of the Brazilian Society of Finance, SBFIN (2019-2021), and is currently statutory director of SBFIN (2021-2023). He also held the position of chairman, as a statutory member, of the Risk Committee of the BNDES prudential conglomerate (2021-2023) and was a member of ANBIMA’s Qualified Services Committee (2019-2020).
