Agibank announces C-Level changes

Daniel Farias steps up as Chief Products Officer, and the current Clients Officer, Matheus Girardi, also becomes the new Chief Business Officer

Campinas, July 28, 2023 – Agibank made relevant changes on its high management. In addition to leading CRM, Growth and Marketing, the current Clients Officer, Matheus Girardi, will also be responsible for the sales front, as the Business Officer. With over 5 years in the company, the executive will add all his experience and knowledge of the business to continue accelerating the company’s growth.

With this change, the Products department will be rearranged and led by Daniel Farias, the current Executive Manager of Software Engineering at Agibank.

With over 20 years of experience in the fields of Information Technology and Product Development, Farias has experience at big players in the financial market such as Cielo, Stone Pagamentos, Mastercard, Elavon do Brasil e Itaú Unibanco. Since 2021 at Agibank, the executive has performed at major projects at the company.

By stepping up as Products Officer, Daniel Farias reinforces his commitment to continue providing relevant results and contributing to the evolution of the company. “We will intensify our efforts to develop products and new solutions, assuring that our customers’ experiences are increasingly better and more appropriate in all service channels”, he highlights.

Democratizing Brazilians’ access to financial services has always been Agibank’s main focus, starting with the purpose of making people’s daily lives better, generating financial and digital inclusion for all, especially for a big chunk of Brazil’s population who are not welcomed by the financial market. Agibank’s new Officers lineup will be effective from August 1, 2023.
