São Paulo, Cctober 2022 – Agibank was appraised with the XXII ABT Award, in the category of “Service Operations” with the project that guarantee the solution of the clients demands in up to 2 hours, in 90% of the cases. Called “Enchantment on service”, the case was presented by Fabiano Schneider, Agi’s Chief Sales Officer, during the award ceremony realized in São Paulo, on October 19th.
“Influence in a positive way and promote a better daily routine of our clients is the main goal of Agi. This recognition of XXII ABT Award confirms that our purpose has been noted for all and motivates us even more to build new actions to make the experience of our clients increasingly better” affirms Schneider.
The indicator of cases solutions at a call of Agibank is above 94% in the last months and the client satisfaction with the service shows a monthly evolution, highlighting the focus on solutions and delivering the best experience. Schneider has also appointed that solve the pain of the client in the first contact it a priority. “Our NPS higher than 73 remain in the excellence zone and this is a result of each employee’s dedication, that doesn’t measures efforts to simplify the life of our millions of clients”, complements.
The ABT Award is the largest award in Client Relationship of Brazil and has the proposal of recognize the best practices presented by companies and talents that contribute with the development of service to the costumers.
