Agibank and the continuous improvement of a work environment

The fintech is once again among the 150 Best Companies to Work For in Brazil

There are many factors that make a work environment valued by employees and a place to be aspired by talents in search of a place in the market. For the second year in a row, Agibank is among the 150 Best Companies to Work For in Brazil, a ranking by Você S.A. Magazine. The award ceremony took place on Tuesday (06), in São Paulo. In the 2018 edition, Agibank reached 87.85 points in the Quality of Work Environment Index (IQAT) – one of the index of the ranking, based on the online evaluation by the employees. Agibank’s IQAT stood above the average of the companies in the ranking.

Jeane Campelo, Agibank’s Head of Human Capital, says this result proves the company’s commitment both to the demands of those who are already part of the Agibank team and to the new people who join the team daily – reflecting the growth and expansion of the bank all over the country. For the manager, “our culture is perpetuated by the materialization of the company’s purpose, values and strategic guiding principles in the daily life of each of our employees.”

Among the more than 3.800 employees – many of whom have joined the team in the past year – the value proposition is clear: you grow with Agibank and Agibank grows with you. “This way, we work to promote the knowledge and the tools that puts the right people in the right places, delivering exponential results on all fronts,” says Jeane.
