Mr. Cossielo serves as executive officer at Banco do Estado da Bahia, Banco de Crédito Nacional, Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, Banco BMC, Financiadora Bradesco and other Bradesco group companies. In 2012, Mr. Cossielo became the vice chairman of our board of directors and, from 2014 to 2016, he served as chairman of the board of Banco Gerador, headquartered in the city of Recife in the State of Pernambuco.

Mr. Testa was born in August 18, 1976 and holds a degree in economic sciences with a specialization in finance. Mr. Testa is the Agibank’s founder, chief executive officer and the vice chairman of the board of directors. He founded Agiplan 18 years ago, starting the current financial conglomerate led by Agibank, the largest privately-owned bank in the Southern region of Brazil. In recent years, Mr. Testa strived to master regulatory and management processes by attending the corporate governance course at INSEAD in France and Senior APG, the Advanced Management Program from Amana-Key, in São Paulo. He recently spearheaded the launch of our 100% digital account, which offers a disruptive and innovative payment method in addition to traditional account services.

Mr. Moraes was born in June 24, 1968 in Porto Alegre (RS). He has a postdoctoral degree and was a visiting researcher at Columbia University in the City of New York in 2009. He served as chairman of Fundação de Economia e Estatística in the State of Rio Grande do Sul from 2003 to 2006; Treasury Secretary of the State of Rio Grande do Sul and chairman of the board of directors of Banrisul from 2007 to 2009; senior consultant at Banco Mundial in 2010; managing director at Banco J.P. Morgan from 2011 to 2014; partner of Banco BTG Pactual from 2014 to 2016; and a member of the board of directors of Banco PAN from 2015 to 2016. Mr. Moraes currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Gerdau and Grupo Vibra, a member of the investment committee of Jaymar and an economic consultant for family offices.

He is a lawyer with a specialization in contracts and corporate law, especially negotiation and structuring of contracts and investments, in Brazil and abroad, including advisory on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financial markets, structured transactions, joint ventures, project development related to the origination and exports of commodities and generation of renewable energy. Mr. Souza has been recognized by important publications, including Chambers Latin America, Chambers Global and Análise Advocacia 500 as one of the main professionals in the “Corporate/Commercial: South” and “Energy & Natural Resources: Power” categories.
Cyro de Souza Diehl Filho 54 Independent Director March 29, 2018
Mr. Diehl was born in October 10, 1964 in Piracicaba (SP). He has served as an executive at several IT companies and was director general of Oracle do Brasil Sistemas from 1997 to 2016. Since July 2018, Mr. Diehl has served as a member of the board of directors of Cassis Capital Group, which holds an equity interest in tax compliance, import and export and IT governance companies. Since November 2016, Mr. Diehl has served as chief executive officer and founder of CloudTarget, a company specialized in Hybrid Cloud service management for the government and private customers.

She holds a degree in accounting, a law degree from the Universidade Luterana do Brasil, a specialization in corporate management from FGV, a specialization in marketing from ESPM and marketing specialization in bank management. In 2017, he left Sicredi and took over our technology areas. Mr. Rodrigues was born in October 7, 1971. He is the head of our recently created investor relations department, in addition to Financial Planning and Analysis, Finance and Treasury. He is an experienced, results-oriented professional who has served for more than 12 years in senior leadership positions, including chief financial officer, chief operating officer, chief information officer and chief planning and management officer in a number of sectors, including the banking, industrial, technology and beverage sectors. Mr. Rodrigues attended first-class institutions, including the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, UFRGS and FGV. In 2015, he was chosen as chief information officer of the year in Latin America. Before working for us, Mr. Rodrigues served as executive in large companies, including Banco Cooperativo Sicredi and Confederação Sicredi, Teikon Tecnologia, Springer Carrier and Coca-Cola, among others.
